Lanco Ultra Siliconizer is a 100% acrylic elastomeric roof sealer that has been silicone-modified to provide a thick high-performance water and weather resistant seal on most roof surfaces. It will significantly lower the interior temperature of the structure. Product will not crack, peel or blister, even under severe weather conditions.

Great Product for the money

Had a low sloped roof (2/12 pitch) with roll roofing. Roofing had roofing nails covered with tar that would keep cracking in temperature cycles resulting in rain water leaks under heavier weather conditions. Blew the roof off with compressed air and cleaned. Applied Lanco Ultra Siliconizer with a broom after pouring it from the bucket in 6 foot lengths. I did the sealing during the Fall in October when I had limited sunshine. As a result, I decided to wait for two days that presented a 6-7 hour window before due and temperature drop below 50 degrees. Product dried within the time frame and continued to cure. This product sealed out the rain seeping through the nails and or seams. The roof no longer leaks during a storm. Great product for the money if you can't afford to put a new roof on in the short-term.

We used this product on a 20 year old metal sun porch roof that was beginning to leak. After carefully cleaning the roof, the Lanco coating went on easily by brush and roller. The temporary blue color when wet (but dries white) was very helpful during the second coating of the roof. The leaks have stopped. Very hopeful that the coating will continue to work well in coming years.

Omg!!! I camt believe the results, BEFORE my ahingles roof ( I cant touch my heat shingles fo more two seconds, quickly I apply 1st layer And see diference inside home, after 2nd layer, is “ridiculous” the results, NO I CAN TOUCH MY SHINGLES ROOF, between 1-10 ( the temperature in my roof drop a 8 ) EXCELLENT PRODUCT I RECOMMENDED

Excellent - no leaks and reflects the sun’s heat. Roof rain runoff does kill grass directly under the eaves. Not a big concern of mine though. Easy to apply on an older shingle roof.

I got this to cover a smaller, older metal roof over my laundry room extension. First I swept and power washed the roof (which angled downwards) and let it dry overnight. The following day, I used a roller and paint brush to apply the first coat. The first coat was thin and I was disappointed. However, the second coat, several days later, I poured on the paint and used a thick brush meant for sweeping to distribute the paint. The second coat went on significantly better (and thicker) than the first and offered better protection and coverage. I would recommend applying this with a broom or heavy napped brush, rather than a roller or regular paint brush.

Very good value from Home Depot. Free delivery on a LTL truck. Worked very well over a rusty industrial metal roof. Worked as well and maybe even better than a much higher priced product we used on another part of this roof. We used a rust converter to prepare 1st. Then applied 1 coat with brushes. Then next day applied heavy 2nd coat with rollers. Rollers seemed to work better than brushes. After a month and at least one soaking rain it still looks good with no rust coming thru. I recommend applying when there is likely several days of dry weather for good results. Only time will tell how long it will hold up.

SO FAR I HAVE NOT PUT IT ON MY ROOF BUT I HAVE PAINTED MY PORCH WITH IT. WORKS GREAT FOR THAT FILLS IN SMALL CRACKS AND HOLES ANDSEEMS TO STICK TO TREATED LUMBER BETTER THAT MOST PAINTS
