Extra Large Ornate heavy glass cake stand 14 inch, 5.5" tall vintage pressed cut

Rare extra-large elegant glass cake stand from my private collection of cake stands that I have collected over the past 40 years. I am slowly selling them on eBay. This is one of the largest  cake stands in my collection.  The top measures 14 inches in diameter and it stands 5 1/2 inches high. Very impressive piece of vintage glass with OODLES of detailing.  Pretty scalloped edge features a 3/8 inch raised lip and a diamond design and has no chips or nicks. The pattern around the raised edge features leaves, scrolls and a pattern similar to a fleur de lis.  Elegant draped beading surrounds the cut star design in the center. Even the stand has desirable details like the stacked wafers.  Very little /minimal use on this piece...Only a couple of very minor surface scratches seen if held up to the light. NO chips or nicks to the edge. There are a couple minor rough spots that can be felt on the base points but nothing visible to the eye.  Thick seamed base makes this cake plate nice and sturdy. All of the detailing is on the underside of the glass except for the raised lip around the edge.  The flat area of the top measures about 10 1/2 inches. It is a substantial piece of glass weighing 6 1/2 pounds. Gorgeous piece to give to a collector! This beautiful cake stand will be packed very well.
