This adorable scrappy handmade cat themed 1930's reproduction floral fabric patchwork quilt measuring 38" by 49" in pink, purple, blue, yellow and green on a white background utilizes 2 traditional quilting cat patterns, one of a cat with a winding tail, the other a cat curled in a ball, which would be perfect as a lap quilt or for the nursery for a baby girl; newborn, infant or toddler.(FYI: crib mattress is 27' by 52").
The cat blocks are surrounded by white sashing and  scrappy borders.
As a traditional 3 layered quilt:
The quilt top, made of 100% quality designer cotton fabrics, is machine pieced.
A layer of cotton batting in the middle adds warmth to the quilt.
Made with an ultra-soft 100% quality cotton flannel backing in a lavender and white polka dot print.
A pink and white striped cotton mitered double-fold binding has been added for durability.
Easy care-machine wash(cold) and dry(gentle cycle).
