This is due to possible shrinkage that we encounter in some fabrics occasionally. However, once washed, there is no longer the possibility of any further shrinkage (pending on following our care instructions).

    Description

    This is a brand new handmade quilt. It would make a great gift as a lap throw or even a quilt for a little one to play I Spy.  We really like to let the pictures do the talking.

    Care Instructions: Please wash with like colors in cold or warm water (not hot). Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
    As noted above, this is a handmade item. For us that means that we use a variety of techniques, such as selecting material just for this one quilt, hand cutting the material, assembly on our sewing machine and finishing the binding by hand. This also means that the quilt you selected is a one-of-a-kind. (Please note that we do take special orders and have made identical quilts for twins as requested.)
