    Great pair of REI quality convertible hiking & outdoor pants
    Womens Size Small
    Loden green
    100% nylon for quick drying
    Zip off legs convert to shorts and back.
    Also 12" zippers in the ankles for ease of getting off and on without removing boots.
    4 pockets, two of which have zippers for securing items.
    Waist:   approx. 26" but has elastic at sides plus cinch straps to adjust to your needs.
    Rise:   10"
    Inseam:   7" on shorts
    28" on pants (but have been hemmed so could easily add 1" more by taking the extra hem out)
    Barely worn.  No holes, stains or damage.
    Bought these years ago and loved them but they were soon too small.  Kept them hoping to get back into them.
    Have finally decided that even if the pants ever fit, my waist will never be that small again!  Darn!
