Great pair of shorts from REI.
Waist with stretch and inside drawcord measures 36-42, rise 11, inseam 5.5.  Nylon with 12% cordura and 6% spandex.  Condition is excellent.  Adjustable tie cord waist and zipper and snap closure.  Two back pockets, one with secure zipper feature.  Two deep front pockets.  These shorts look very comfortable and cool, and will move with you during active pursuits.  They are in excellent condition with no visible wear.
