Vintage R.N Made in Italy size 3 baby/toddler ankle strap leather shoes

Vintage R.N Made in Italy size 3 baby/toddler ankle strap leather shoes.
Each shoe is approximately 4.75 inches long.
There are two tiny stains on the right foot shoe.
Other than that, there are no scuffs, wear on these shoes.
There were probably never worn. Please see pictures because they are part of the description.
